Will GTA 6 have mods?

The GTA VI site doesn’t mention mod support, and the game is only coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, with no PC version listed. Since the game isn’t out, any “GTA 6 mod” download you find now isn’t a real mod for it.

Can you mod GTA 6 on PS5 or Xbox?

Nothing has been announced for either console. Rockstar hasn’t mentioned mod support on PS5 or Xbox Series X|S, so there’s no official way to add mods there.

Will there be GTA 6 RP servers?

Rockstar hasn’t announced any. In its pre-order post, Rockstar described Grand Theft Auto VI as “a single player experience,” and there’s been no word on roleplay servers for it.

Is FiveM coming to GTA 6?

There’s no announcement either way. What is on record: on August 11, 2023, Cfx.re, the team behind FiveM and RedM, officially joined Rockstar Games. In the same post, Rockstar expanded its mod policy to cover creators in the roleplay community.

That move covered GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2. Roleplay servers today run on GTA V, and Rockstar’s GTA VI pages don’t list a PC version at all.

Is GTA 5 RP still going?

Yes. On September 1, 2026, Rockstar announced it’s backing nopixel V, a GTA V roleplay server. Its closed beta opened on September 8 for invited players through the Rockstar Games Launcher.

So for now, RP means GTA V, and Rockstar is actively supporting it. Whether any of that carries over to GTA 6 is something Rockstar hasn’t said yet.

Where do you get support for FiveM servers?

Through Cfx.re, not Rockstar. A Rockstar Support article says help for Rockstar-authorized roleplay and community servers, including the Cfx.re Platform Server (FXServer), FiveM and RedM, comes from Cfx.re Support.
