According to reports, the end credits read “Grand Theft Auto VI footage courtesy of Rockstar Games, Inc.,” so Rockstar supplied the footage itself. Rockstar hasn’t commented separately, and the clip isn’t on Rockstar’s YouTube channel.
Yes, it’s real: Rockstar supplied the GTA 6 clip that South Park aired. The short scene has Jason roaming a crowded Vice City beach, with no new mission or story. GTA 6 launches November 19, 2026.
What does the South Park GTA 6 clip show?
Jason is on a packed Vice City beach. It’s a short open-world moment with a dog, a passerby and Jason flinging dog mess at the pedestrian, a crude gag that fits South Park perfectly. The characters gush over the graphics and the detail of the world as they watch.

The clip is short and doesn’t show a new mission or story scene. What stands out is how crowded the beach is and how pedestrians react, a fresh in-game look at systems from the August Extended Look.
Is the South Park footage a leak?
No. The August and October leaks were unauthorized development-build footage; the South Park clip aired with Rockstar’s permission. Fans are treating it as the first new official gameplay since August.
When does GTA 6 come out?
Rockstar’s game page still says November 19, 2026 as of October 29. Preload opens November 12, and the game is coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S; no PC version has been announced.
