Is there a GTA 6 APK for Android?

No. Rockstar has only announced GTA 6 for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Any “GTA 6 APK” you find is fake. There's no official mobile version.

The PS Remote Play app is legit, but it's just a way to connect to your console, not a phone version of the game.

How to play GTA 6 on your phone with Remote Play

  1. On your PS5, go to Settings > System > Remote Play and turn on Enable Remote Play.
  2. Install the PS Remote Play app on your phone.
  3. Sign in with the same account you use on the PS5 and pick your console.

GTA 6 isn't out until November 19, but you can test the connection now with any other PS5 game.

Does Remote Play work when your PS5 is in rest mode?

Yes, if you set it up. A PS5 that's fully off won't wake up. Go to Settings > System > Power Saving > Features Available in Rest Mode and turn on Stay Connected to the Internet and Enable Turning on PS5 from Network. Try it once at home before you count on it anywhere else.

What internet speed do you need for Remote Play?

Sony says at least 5 Mbps up and down, and 15 Mbps or more for a better picture. Your home Wi-Fi and the PS5's own connection matter as much as your phone's.

Mobile data works too, but some carriers and networks won't play nice with it, and a long session will chew through your data fast.

Can you play GTA 6 on your phone without a PS5?

No. GTA 6 hasn't been announced for any cloud service, and it isn't in Game Pass or PS Plus. Remote Play only streams from a console you own, so you need a PS5 and the game.
