The announced PS5 features describe controller feedback, sound and loading. If you are choosing a performance mode, you need a different kind of detail: frame rate, resolution and the conditions used to measure them. The feature list does not settle those numbers.

Will GTA 6 run at 30 or 60 FPS on PS5?

The PlayStation Turkey listing does not give a numerical frame-rate target for GTA VI. It displays a PS5 Pro Enhanced label, but that label alone does not specify a 60 FPS mode, resolution or ray-tracing setting.

Measurements from the released game Lets you assess performance under stated settings

The Extended Look being captured on PS5 is not a benchmark of the final release. If GTA VI is your main reason for changing consoles, look for measurements that name the console and graphics mode before using a comparison to decide.

What about online play?

PlayStation describes this product as a single-player experience. That does not provide a schedule for every future online plan. A GTA+ offer also cannot establish a GTA 6 Online launch date or cross-play support.

Before following a settings guide

Look for the game version, display and audio setup behind any recommendation. A useful settings guide should show where an option lives and what changing it does. A preset written before anyone has seen those menus is guesswork.
